How do I request a character to appear at my event?

All you have to do is go the home page and fill out the contact us form. Remember to include which character you would like, the time, what party package you’re interested in, and what type of event it’s for (birthday party or something else).

What happens once I pay the deposit until?

After the deposit is received we will let you know. We will wait for your event date and contact you a few days prior to confirm event details

Can I pay in cash?

All deposits must be paid through our invoice system since there are multiple ways to pay. If you are wanting to pay the remaining balance in cash then please let us know before your event date so we know when you intend to pay in cash.

Is there a mileage fee?

e include the first 15 miles from 80219 in our party packages so if you’re within that range then there is no additional mileage fee. For every additional mile beyond 15 miles will be $1 per mile. You can always contact us and request a custom quote depending on your event location if it’s beyond 15 miles. 

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that life happens but in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel then you will be forfeiting your deposit. We would highly encourage you to reschedule instead of canceling. If you need to reschedule then please reach out to see if we have availability for your new date and time. 

Will the character arrive alone?

Most of the costumes have limited visibility and it can get very hot inside the costumes so for the safety of our performers and your guests we will have a party host present with all characters. Our party host will explain the activities, run the music, lead games, help taking pictures and help the interaction between the kids and the character.

Does the character need to take breaks during my event?

Typically we don’t have our characters take any breaks while they’re performing at your event. If you book an event that is 30 minutes or longer on an extremely hot day then we will have to include a quick water and snack break for our performers. We will be as discreet as possible during this break so it doesn’t ruin the experience for any of your guests. 

Do you require a deposit?

​Yes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book all events. The deposit is to secure your date, time and character and will also will go towards your party total. Once the invoice for the deposit is sent you have 24 hours to pay the deposit or it will expire and be available for other bookings. All invoices will be sent to the email you provided on the contact form.

​When is the remaining balance due?

​The remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to the event date. We will send the last invoice a few days prior to the event date

What areas do you service?

We are located in Denver and typically serve the surrounding Denver metro areas but we will travel all throughout Colorado. Depending on where you’re located then there could be a mileage fee.

When should I have the character arrive?

We typically recommend having them arrive 1 hour after your party has started to ensure all guests are there. This gives everyone time to settle in and enjoy the character once they arrive.

Am I required to tip?

You’re never required to tip, although it is greatly appreciated. Our characters work hard and would greatly appreciate any tips they receive.

Are there any rules for our guests?

We ask that you have guests and children refrain from hitting, kicking and pulling on our mascots. We want our characters and your guests to enjoy the party but we will not tolerate abuse of any kind. In the event that we feel like our characters safety is a concern then we will address it and if it continues then we will leave the event. If this is the case then any money paid will not be refunded.
